Riot is always preaching risk vs. reward

Yeah pretty much, Leblanc is cancer, good thing she doesn't have her silence anymore.

She has plenty of risk. While playing her, you risk that your opponent isn't smart enough to just play safe and not feed you, if in a bad match up, making you become worse than a cannon minion late game.

I assume that you mean LeBlanc is zero reward for an enormous amount of risk. Because if you meant the opposite you should've picked Lee Sin.

Fizz is worse than LeBlanc when you're talking about risk vs reward.

Except Leblanc was made before risk vs. reward became a thing. She's already been nerfed repeated, including the removal of her silence.

LB has plenty of risk and reward. She has to all in her targets and hope she gets the kill. Also she has to hope that she gets kills and is able to snowball early on because if she doesn't, she isn't very useful. Any assassin who can't 100-0 or basically take someone down with them before they die is pretty much useless.

The risk of playing Le Blanc is that you have almost zero wave clear and are nigh-useless late game unless you are super fed. Especially since her silence has been removed Le Blanc is even a more riskier choice. If anything I would say is a greater perpetrator of the risk vs reward philosophy IMO.
