Rather Large Exploit Regarding Load Screen - Need Rioter

I have discovered a rather large exploit that cheaters could use to ruin the game for people. I don't want to post the specifications of it on the forums because someone could easily replicate it. It involves being able to stop the game from ever starting due to a exploit in how the game works.

I tested this briefly in a few custom games and was able to replicate it many times.
