How to give Shen jg potential

I think shens fient (E) should reduce damage and deal damage back to monsters and minions (but not champions), who attack attack him. This would give him wave clear in jg and in lane if used intelligently. Just a suggestion, and it is swords orbiting around him, it would be thematic aswell.
