Champs with no counter play..... why doesnt riot care about this epidemic?

Full tank Vi, J4, Cho.. champs like this. There is NOTHING you can do to them.. When these champs that build STRAIGHT TANK can still 100-0 someone. How is that not broken? There is supposed to be a tread off for building tanky...lack of damage...there are certain champs that complete mitigate this rule. When a vi can 100-0 someone before they hit the ground. Thats broken, When a champ is banned or picked 100% of the time. Take a look at them. Im sick and tired of champs like vi, j4, riven, hec...to name a few...ruining games! Why are they not being looked at? They ruin the game.

If a champ gets fed enough they're going to faceroll. I think a lot of the pick/ban stuff is just people copying what everyone else bans because it's easier than trying to figure out what needs to be banned.

Riven, Cho, and Hecarim don't have counterplay? Aside from Hecarim's cheesy homeguard teleganks I can think of nothing about any of those champions that's particularly hard to counter or play around.

Vi is already being nerfed next patch, so her ability to burst people will be reduced, and they're making J4 less safe.
