Why has RIOT decided to remove DYNAMIC Q AS 5 PAST DIAMOND, and also Ranked 5s?

I've been playing LoL since season 1. Clearly it has grown to become the most competitive and most played MOBA of all time.

With the growing popularity of pro play and the hype around the LCS, LCK, EU LCS, etc. And the growing desire to watch these events. (These events and highlights of these games are getting shown on ESPN, radio commercials: something that has never happened before.)

Why has RIOT decided to remove DYNAMIC Q AS 5 PAST DIAMOND and also Ranked 5s?

They are promoting a competitive scene with literally no avenue to get there. That's like supporting the NFL but removing collegiate teams.

When will they realize that this is an awful idea and they are 100% ruining this game?

Everyone's dream is "Once I get at least Diamond/Master/Challenger I can find a team and see where we can get!" Why are you taking this away from loyal players? Its kind of disgusting. I also find it hilarious that you do these horrible changes right as Overwatch, one of the most Hyped games in a very long time, comes out.

Your new queue system failed. Revert and go back to dynamic q, solo q, and ranked 5s. Players will wait longer times for real games.
