I never thought I'd see the day

Riot undid a buff to champ that made them to strong. Normally when they buff a champ and they become to strong they will instead nerf a different ability from the one that made them to strong. They undid the buff to Vayne's Q that turned her into a mid game god. If they did nerf Vayne I was expecting them to do what they always do nerf meaningless like the damage on her condemn or just hard nerf something besides her Q like decreasing the duration of her ult.
