Aery nerfs coming soon? please!!

Can aery get a nerf any time soon? Its so stupidly strong in top lane. If you don't take aery you lose lane atleast with the champions ive seen it on so far, pantheon and teemo to name a couple. Especially on pantheon there is nothing you can do in that lane. All my friends that are in diamond and up ive asked how to deal with it and they say you cant, just take what you can get in lane. And i haven't seen anything else on YouTube that can help. HELL ON TEEMO AERY CAN PROC 2 TIMES WITH a couple AUTO'S AND THE POISON TIC
