Staggered lp in ranked

I think LP moving up or down should be based on individual scores. So many times when i play this game I carry my team but they choose to do dumb things like baron when the nexus is exposed and 3 enemies are down. Or when you have zyra and heimer and they (including zyra) continually pick team fights in the jg instead of the lane where there are turrets and plants advantage. Or when your azir decides to try to melee with yasuo the whole lane phase. I killed yas 4 times and azir still wasnt successful! It is not fair to be dragged down in ranking because of bad players or people who just don't understand the game. If I lose a game and my team has 35 kills and I have 22 of those I feel I shouldn't lose LP. I cannot stop my teammates from running to baron to die and throw the game. All I can do is my best to win fights and take objectives. I cannot control who is on my team and I'm sick of losing LP to bad teams who fundamentally don't understand the game! Who ignore unguarded turrets to chase and enemies half way crossed the damned map and still die!

I feel LP loss or gain should be based on individual score. This would also address some of the backlash from solo que removal.
