Udyr, not nerfed enough!

I'm getting tired of playing against udyr, and here is why. He has a massive shield. I mean massive. He can absorb all of my ult as zed after landing my q and e, all while having about 1/4 health. Taking blue at level 2 barely phases him. He might get to half health. I dont know any other jungler who can do that. Most junglers are almost dead after clearing the first red or blue. Udyr does massive damage! And to top it off he has a speed boost making it hard to run away or catch him. I would play him myself, but i find his design really lame. Udyr can basically ignore turrets and dive them with his shield up all while doing massive damage to you and killing you. I mean it's a load of malarky wtaching udyr quadra kill your team. No champion should be that strong. I know you nerfed him in 6.5 but so far I haven't seen him slow down, not one bit. He is such a game breaking champ. he is becoming an auto ban for me like mundo used to be. No champ should have speed, tank, and damage. All other champs have one or two of those! I can't think of another champ that can simultaneously tank, carry, run you down, And escape!
