Still waiting riot...If you realized the longer this goes the less I play and the less money I spend....You know a lot of mac users play this game because it is available to them unlike many other games...I dont understand how you would allow a fundamental part of the game like AUDIO and FRAME rate to be broken for so long!

We are aware of this issue.
On PBE it looks like things were working with no issues, we had folks testing it there. (Testing on PBE is better than testing in-house 'cause it's a cooked build, and more similar to what we would push to live) Based on that, we were fairly confident that this issue would be resolved.
However, that doesn't appear to be the case. (Obviously.)
From what I understand, we will be making a post in Help & Support soon, looking for more information from you guys to help us figure out what the heck is going on. In addition, they should be giving an update with any additional information we have on our end.
Stop calling it a MAC issue. It is also happening to some windows systems as well (laptops from what I've experience/read).
still having this problem, i feel you man, i posted about this 23 days ago yet nothing. i was looking around other posts about the mac complaints and someone from riot respond expect this user from from the SKINS department saying that the guys in gameplay is aware of it but its been really long since. I hope they didn't just throw this problem out 
I have been having problems too. :( I have a 2012 MacBook Pro Laptop with a 2.3 GHz Intel Core i7 running 10.9.5 OSX. Still having problems after patching 6.8. Please help if you can, I want to play ranked again. :(
Edit: I did try disabling sounds and I have had minimal fps drops before.
Dude. You're playing on a Mac. Save yourself the trouble get just don't.
Exact same problem, all of a sudden after the last two patches, my FPS dropped significantly and especially during any teamfights now, and the audio is always echoing. It's pretty unplayable. There's also times where the frames will start at 106 or so and slowly drop down to 15 depending on how long the game is going for. We need help!
Best fix: Get a worthwhile computer.
Hi, my game won't load after the champ select. It gives me a black screen and my resolution seems to have changed. OS X 10.11.4 Macbook bro 2.2 GHz Corei7, 16GB 1600 Mhz DDR3 Intel Iris Pro 1536MB
Have you tried disabling in-game sounds? (No) How often do you experience degraded FPS? (never)
still lagging even with patch 6.8. I'm getting realy tired of this. been 3 weeks already. Gamebreaking bugs like this shouldn't excist this long. Very dissapointing. I'm running on a macbook air 1.6 ghz i5. 8 gb. Intel HD graphics 6000 1536mb. OS X 10.11.4. problem going on since patch 6.6.
since the last update everytime i start a game the FPS are so bad i cant even do anything. Each game its game worst. Im at the point where im ready to uninstall the game and forget about it. im using an AMD Radeon HD 6320 Graphics video card.
