I feel chat during the game should be removed and would considerably help with the toxicity and league community as a whole.Players that understand the game don't need chat and use pings and have enough awareness to not need chat.Chat is mostly use for toxicity,harassment,taunting or mostly other things no relevant to the game.having an argument against team mates causing disruption and negativity making team mates not want to play anymore,give up,feed,intentional feed,afk,afk farm,verbal abuse,harassment.Would make things easier as a whole for reports in general as well and the game play would be better because players are more concentrated on the game versus what they want to say in chat

If someone doesn't want to deal with the chat then they can mute. If someone gives up because of what some person in a game said then that's their mentality. Taking out chat isn't the only way to fuck with someone in a game :) I don't even come across people flaming/quitting because they're being flamed very much anymore. Maybe try getting over the fact that a game has a chat like most other pvp games.

You can actually disable chat now and cant see anything and cant type anything, do that an set your chat scale to -1000000 inside the riot files and you cant see or use chat i dont recomend that 2nd part because then you cant see pings either but you can completely disable chat now.

i for one agree. i have chat box off screen so i don't see anything my teammates say in game. they will need to ping. if they abuse pings i mute those.

Use the mute button. There is absolutely 0 reason a multiplayer competitive game should not have a chat. Perhaps /All chat maybe unnecessary, but even that still is part of multiplayer games.
