Does Twitch's 'Contaminate' refresh his stacks of 'Deadly Venom'?
And does 'Contaminate' add an extra stack of 'Deadly Venom' onto the opponent as well?

Nope. It's not like Darius' passive. Twitch's passive only applies to his attacks.
Well, and his W, but that specifically states it applies stacks.
If only. Or better yet, if only we could have some of our level 2 cheese damage back.
