Riot, When are you going to fix this? We still dont have loading borders even though we made it to Gold last season???

There's nothing to fix.

Borders were changed in 9.2 to reflect what your CURRENT rank is.

They also update dynamically when you go up a tier (Bronze -> Silver for example)
