Give Galio's Q A "Multi Stage" affect that gives him Lase Eye line damage.
It just think it would be cool if his Q had a power up that let them do long range line damage... for tons of damage...damage.

Whatever they do, he definitely needs to shoot lasers from his eyes. That's what the picture shows, that's what would be cool. Stupid slowly floating ball is not cool.
