am i the only one who thinks Archangel's Staff/Seraph's Embrace is over loaded?
mana, REDUCED mana cost, 20% cdr, ability power, ability power based on mana, and a giant shield, feels too dam good.

Yes you are the only one, with all the shitty things going on with this game right now, not to mention the game revolving around tanks and adcs, there's no reason this should bother anyone.
It gets worst with 
the gods i got shield, damage and i will destroy your adc, assassin and tank while able to take all damage.
