is tank ekko still viable along with tank fizz and tank akali? Who else can I build tanky and still do damage with?

Tank Fizz got hit pretty hard to where he's not really played as much the missing health change from 8% to 6% at max level pretty much ensured that.

Tank Akali is risky since you get about a 10 minute time frame where you can snowball and if you don't snowball during that time and you let the game go too late you're essentially screwed.

Tank Ekko still works as far as I know. Yasuo should still be as well although I don't see TriForce being core on that anymore meaning his damage will go down if he wants to remain as tanky.

Ahri might be able to. Utility from her charm, mobility, true damage on return pass. Start item 3116 and you'll be sticky enough.

Kalista isn't cutting it as an ADC, might as well see how item 3022 works on her.

Ahri base damages are too low, I have played her just about everywhere. On top of that her Mana costs are too high for a sustained fight.

I have a lot of game play with JarvanIV . He is one of my favorite champs in the game. Not sure how to play him at top, but I did manage to make a very strong build. (ignore the heal.) This build lets him tank and do dmg. usually when i'm playing I rush item 3748 then get a tank item like item 3742 . I built item 3078 because i saw a video that Koreans used it on him. well, it actually works really well on him when i tested it out on custom. it gives you loads of dmg, movement speed, bit of health and even attack speed. you can substitute the black cleaver for a item 3156 then get item 3111 for some mr. with this build i used just now in custom you can solo the last drake if you proc item 3078 often. Any ways i hope this helps. :)
