ARAM should only use free champs as a fallback

When the aram queue gives you a random champion, it should only use the free rotation as a fall back. I own the champs I like to play and no others. It's really obnoxious when the "randomizer" (lol, not very random and trends toward certain champs repeatedly every few days) constantly gives me free rotation champs that i neither know how to play nor have any desire to play.

When a user has more than 7 champs, it should prioritize those and only fill in with free champs as long as there are less than 7 random champs to choose from.

To the rito moderator who deleted this post in Bugs and suggested it be put here in Gameplay: I consider this a bug and not a gameplay feature. This is a two-part bug in the randomizer and not a suggestion on improving gameplay. I would be appreciative if you would move this back to Bugs for me.
