Champion Select Lag?

I seem to be getting A LOT of Champion Select and Champion Select Chat lag. To the point where it's dodged some queues for failing to select. But despite that, as soon as I get in game my ping is fine. 0 lag. And regular buddy chat seems to be fine.

Server probrems?

I've been getting the same thing for the past day
