Sheen without AP

Is it me or does sheen not having AP kind of ruin it for Irelia, Poppy, and Jax?

Yeah I'd rather have the AP than the 10% CDR... its so easy to get the CDR cap without it being on sheen

And not talking about all the champs that had good synergy with the AP+passive early on and that don't get any ap scaling from trinity force anymore or that need to get lich bane in order to have ap+sheen passive. Ezreal Diana Viktor Vi Akali Hecarim Nasus Sona

Sheen was intended for casters. I think Irelia has a lot different things she can build now. Also the new item 3078 isn't that bad add all on her. Maybe it makes her ballanced now.
