If you want to force everyone but pros into bronze

Why not just get rid of ranked play all together? I (like many others) got fisted by the new placement system and have been working my ass off to make it out of this parallel dimension known as Bronze where the feeders call you a troll, and no matter how much work you put in you almost always lose. For like the 50th time I've gotten to my promos after a nice 6 win streak only to get paired with the worst players on earth, lose the next 2 games and go straight back to 60 lp. It wouldn't be as annoying if it wasn't so blatant. Every time I get to promos I hop on Nexus, check my team, and to my surprise I have the kids that have won like 5 out of 30 games while the other team has 4 silvers and everyone has a spectacular win rate. It's making ranked play significantly less fun, and definitely less rewarding.

From what i've seen, every year since i've started, this is what happens. I don't really think its a big deal. If you are better than bronze you'll get out. Honestly tho, If you don't have fun playing ranked, then don't play ranked.

I have no doubt that eventually I'll be out, but I don't want to have to "grind" my way through a moba. When I win 5 games in a row, the odds of me getting the team I need to do another 2 (or 3) for the b1 to silver is next to nothing. Contrary to popular belief no amount of skill can carry a team if the other 4 people are complete garbage. That's why we see some of the best players in the world still losing solo q games.
