Why does it seem like no one knows how to fight Singed?

I'm loving it anyways, but I play as Singed and I probably am making a bunch of easily punishable mistakes that don't get punished. I seem to either poison the crap out of an enemy who thinks he can take me on at lvl1 and that my poison isnt shit to his health, or i face a very passive player that i end up zoning the mess out of them and they cannot cs and i win lane due to a cs advantage. It's an interesting thing that I find one out of 20 people that know not to walk straight through the poison while they are trying to catch me.

Ahhh, I love playing champs that play mind games on the enemy.
