Is it difficult to get a quadra-kill with a tanky champion?

Cuz i did, with a tanky garen, which probably isn't saying much, but still, team fight and i get a quadra without ever going under 50% health. (vanye stole the penta lol). I wasn't exactly fed as much as my laner got bullied out by my spin-to-win(altho he was ranged?) and i just farmed a bunch of cs. Flawless game too( now im just fucking bragging) but still, best game i've played yet.

Edit: I do realize that garen is a noob-friendly champ.

Garen is one of the harder champions to get multikills with.

Certain tanky fighters, yes it will be hard to get multi kills with due to how their kits work. XinZhao is an example, since he is 100% single target burst damage.

But others can do it more easily due to heavy amounts of AoE burst damage Riven

Or have ways of reseting their core damage ability Darius

Garen is is rather low on the multi kill power, he has some good AoE with his spin, but his damage is laughable when its down. Basically the easiest way of him getting multi kills is managing to keep 2-3 squishies stuck on your spin for the full duration. (Which is actually not easy unless your team has a crazy amount of CC)

Technically any champion can get a pentakill or in your question, a quadrakill, it just depends on if they are dealing the killing blow. Certain tanky tops, such as Darius Olaf JarvanIV Jax MonkeyKing do decent amounts of damage so it is easier for them to kill their enemies. In your case for Garen, I'm guessing it was more or less your teammates getting them low and you lawnmowered over them.
