I just started to like new Yuumi but then...

You rework her again? She is finally starting to be balanced with a decent winrate but you desire to change her again. The full changes list is quite long so I recommend you look up the changes coming to Q,W, and E yourself, but there are significant issues I have with them anyway.

[Q] Listen, its nice that it will do more damage in a sense, having current health damage but there are still two glaring issues with it in general. 1.) Just because is does more damage to tanks, doesn't mean she'll be stronger against tanks, as this ability still does mediocre damage to mana cost ratio, and is meant to scale better but Yuumi's late game is perfectly fine if not overtly strong. 2.) The damage buff is only respectable if you level it up, which already has an absurd mana cost amount of 90. The mana gain from passive isn't usually enough to be able to use Q to poke enough to make current hp% damage matter since you need to retain enough mana to heal every now and then. ** I honestly think an additional effect should be added that gives you a little bit of mana cost back to you if you successfully land an empowered Q on a champion, and then I think this change is good. **

_[[ I should also use this time to point out the VFX bug with Yuumi Q, that 20% of games I play with her the Q begins to go haywire upon cast. It teleports and moves around my screen in every direction except the one my mouse moves. IT tends to hit enemies anyway if I ignore the particle and follow a champion best I can, but I can't even see the Q effect, only the damage it does. Will also post this to bug issues though]] _

[W] The scaling CDR reduction is good. The silence "buff" which is more of a bugfix, is good nonetheless. This is an actual good change, nice job.

[E] This one makes no sense. You are effectively nerfing Yuumi heal until she reaches 400ap (even with a partner this is difficult to achieve especially considering Yuumi's most effective build right now is light on AP). Yuumi's heal is pretty strong right now, but not overtly so. With your changes to Q highly incentive's Yuumi to max it but the current hp % damage doesn't scale with AP... it just seems strange, and I don't think the E "buff-nerf" should go live at all and should remain as it is, so E-max Yuumis can still do well and Q-max Yuumis don't have crappy sustain to add to an already crappy early game. ** If anything I think 35% is relatively fine ratio to settle on as 200ap is reachable in 20 minute games, since thats what most of them are these days. **

**TLDR: Q change ok I guess, W change good, E change bad. **

I don't think you understand the E change. They reduced the base heal, but increased the AP ratio.

You don't need 400 AP to break even, you need 175. In any game where you get more than 175 AP, this new E will be objectively better.
