Plat is extremely toxic

I find plat extremely toxic, meta sheeps ( people that would be toxic since champ select, complain about it all game and even troll about something that is not 100% meta, even summoner spells. i had a large amount of afks but i barely see any on the enemy team, mostly only when they get stomped 20-0 at 10 minutes or something. And people start to flame after one mistake for the whole game and give up. Gold was a breeze for me and way less toxic and is easier to climb. Feed is a problem but is not as often, or junglers that afk farm for 20 minutes. any tips

Bard mid and Xerath Support. Bard mid purchases item 3100 as his 1st item 30 minutes in.

Why even think about if it works, just switch roles. Xerath mid is way better than sup. Same for bard, he is better at sup than mid. He only has two ways to damage. From his Q I believe and his autoattacks. That is all.

Xerath on the other hand has his whole kit made for damage (except his passive).

It may work if the enemy don't know what the hell is going on.

never been in bronze, whats different is that its much harder to stomp and make them ff20 at plat than bronze.

it's probably very similar...when you have a tier where everyone sucks or trolls, all the games tend to suck, especially the promo games.

Learn non-meta champs and BE GOOD AT THEM. Because there are so many meta-sheeps in Plat, that also means the enemy team isn't as accustomed to playing against non-meta, which will give you an edge.

Don't engage toxic arguments. If someone is ragging on another player who is genuinely playing well, then tell the victim that they are doing fine/well. Just don't engage the toxic player.

Help your team. You may have a good KDA from your laning phase, but if you aren't putting that to use in other places, then your team is not benefiting from your advantage. Make your advantage actually count by helping your team with it.
