Plans for frozen mallet?

I find it dumb how well it works on yasuo and I play him myself but don't build it. The fact that he needs it to survive in the game right now is ridiculous. I'm not about building busted things and would rather try to win using my own skill and not whatever's "OP" at the moment. But I remember you had pthought of removing it and now I only see three champs using it extremely efficiently, yasuo and gnar and teemo. Becomes impossible for anyone to escape champs like that with built in mobility. Please I just want to know if something will change because it's similar to the crystal shelter issue.

Didn't say it needed one, just wondering if it'll be modified. Cause I don't think it should be in this game

Shyv uses it too.

She kinda needs it if she doesn't want a bork and dead mans/randiuns on top of her damage items.

Oh, hmm I usually see the attack speed jungle item, Titanic and bork.dont see shyv too often.

bork is preference, imo makes me too squishy. I take Frozen mallet to keep the slow.

I hoping for plains for it because I am NOT happy with Gnar sitting at a 45% win rate because of this item. Even so it shows it not doing much for him if his win is that low anyways.
