Confused about Clash

I saw it when it popped up in beta, and avoided it for one reason, and that reason stands.

How do I know when the match will start? Is there a set time, do we get to pick time slots? If it's 0 input from player on times, is it just completely exclusive to people that don't work at a certain time?

I haven't really found anything at all regarding time commitments. Does anyone have a link or insight?

Also, will it impact our MMR? My ranked MMR is too high due to rust, and I've avoided ranked until I can recover in normals, but if I'm sitting too high, I will be screwed in Clash unless I go in and remidy it by failing down to my current leevl.

it said in the Beta tournament games started at 8pm eastern time, im not sure if this will be the same time this coming Clash......then your next game started after after the bracket updated.

Example if 1 team won but their next possible opponents were still playing then u just wait until their game is over. Then teams are supposed to play right away.

I dont think your MMR is affected.

Thanks! It's a non issue for me on the MMR then, I finish work at 5 PST so this mode wont be available to me or anyone working 9-5 West coast I suppose.

Might be different this time...i put in a support ticket to see if the time will be the same...waiting on a response.

I did the beta match and there's 2 set times to run. One would be 5:00 for you and the other 8:00 (was 6:00 MST and 9:00 MST for me) so if you cant do the first one you can jump into the later one

There's a set time to lock in your team when you have the slots filled Clash games has no impact on your MMR, but your ranked MMR will dictate the tier matchup you're in for Clash. If you're sitting too high then do some ranked and tank it down
