Level up bots in PVP - They exist, time to fix it.

You ever seen people with a weird mix of numbers and letters before their name, usually with exhaust and ghost spells, and only seem to buy boots, wander in lane, and die 20-30 times?

These are level-up bots. People use them to level an account up to sell on various sites so that the person doesn't have to level up by playing on their own. I've spent the better part of the last week reporting the number of them in the Rift, although they also queue into ARAM and Treeline as well.

So, what I'd like to know from the Rioters here is... what is being done about it and what should we click in the reports? I use intentional feeding and cheating/third party software since it -is- third party software used to do it. Will there be a hotfix such as removing dodge queue timers for a while until this is sorted out?

If you find level bots in your games you're either a new player, leveling an alt or your mmr is below bronze 5. It shouldn't matter too much in either case.

I don't know how many times people have written this post.

I'm not saying you're wrong. Just that I don't think Riot cares about this problem, or they don't consider the options worth pursuing. I can't speak for them, obviously; but I can say that PVP has definitely had this problem in the past, and probably still does have it.

This is getting to be too much for me, I’ve had back to back games of these bots feeding over and over, diving towers and messing up the entire game. They make the game terrible and almost impossible to carry, like if your gonna put bots in pvp, don’t make them more stupid than the intro bots. I’m lvl 68 and they’re in my matches quite often. They also prevent surrendering by not voting which makes you suffer through the torment or dodge but either ways you’re Penalized with either being locked out of queue or mentally dealing with a fed ass enemy champ.

I’m sick of this...

I said it once and god damnit i'll say it again. bot accounts do not fucking exist. these bot accounts are real human beings like you and me. it they buy boots and running it down mid they are inting and trolling. not botting. ghost and heal summoner spells? they're new players because that is the only options for new players. under level 30 they could be smurfs after main accounts got nailed. bot account do not exist. period.
