and in the time it took to kill dragon the enemy jungler should have ganked, counterjungled or caught him out and killed him

not overpowered; he took a risk to do dragon early and it paid off.

Literally every champion can take dragon at level 1. Taking dragon that early is just wasting time though. If the other jungler isn't taking advantage of that and counter jungling the hell out of ww, he's doing it wrong. Hell, even just normal farming/ganking, the other jungler will be ahead.

here, this is some season 6 gameplay. Either way, that's not anything unique to WW. Again, that's just a colossal waste of time in early game, which is a pretty vital point of the game.

If you want season 7 level 1 drakes, just search "level 1 dragon season 7" on youtube and see how there are plenty of champions that can do it.

How long did it take WW? How many potions did he pop? Did he blow 2 Smites on it? Did he kite it? Did he have any kills under his belt? How many items did he have?

He had the first jungle item, 3 potions I think and I don't know how many smites he used. Also no kills. And I didn't watch if he kited the dragon.

If it isn't wind or ocean, this is extremely doable with lvl 2. you'll want to smite it early (save your smite as well btw so you have 2 for dragon) to get some HP back and get it down faster. It takes forever though, and you give up a lot of pressure and camps to do so.

And? If he goes for Dragon that early he will be very low when he finishes it and he needs time to get the dragon half hp where his w starts kicking in and he becomes faster. If u see a ww in the enemy team just ward drake eraly and punish him ^^

i take dragon as lv 2 kalista but its risky, all you have to do is keep dragon moving and kite a lot

Literally, and yes I do mean LITERALLY every champion can do dragon at level 2. Most champions can do it at LEVEL 1. They just have to have the right rune page and 3 poitions, and of course 2 smite charges.
