Having seen some Rioters opinions on Marksmen...

What do you guys think about ?

I personally don't feel like he's THAT far off, but most other marksmen do bully him out pretty hard, and the playstyle that seems to be being pushed of "sneak onto the squishies" is very fun, but hard to pull off without being ahead, which is difficult on him.
