My suggestion for possible Zed buff @Meddler

I am a EUW player and I started playing League of Legends 1 week before Zed was released and mained Zed since his release, I love his lore, style, kit and looks, he is my favorite champion and I've played him non-stop through all the nerfs and buffs he has received over the years. Meddler stated that they will consider buffing Zed elsewhere, if the ultimate change leaves him too weak. In patch 3.13 Zed's [W] Living Shadow was nerfed: Missile speed reduced to 1500 from 2500. The reasoning was to give room to his opponents to react to his W E Q combo. I would like to see his Living Shadow buffed, increase the missile speed from 1500 to 2000 and lower the energy cost of [W] Living Shadow from 40/35/30/25/20 to 30/28/26/23/20.

Why buff Zed in this way?

1. This will restore some of his juking potential, which is a part of Zed's core identity.
2. I believe quality of life changes like this are better and a more secure way to buff a champion, instead of buffing his damage numbers.
3. This will fix a very annoying bug on Zed: When you use W Q in a very fast combo, sometimes Zed will throw a Razor Shuriken, but his Living Shadow won't throw a Razor Shuriken when it arrives at its spawning location.

I think these 3 reasons combined make my suggestion a very good one, I would appreciate a reply with your thoughts on this suggestion Meddler.
