that is an awful idea you shouldnt balance your entire game off the highest level of play that is retarded so only .003% of the community get to have a "balanced" game that seems like a good idea

i dont understand how people dont get just because something is good in high level doesnt make it broken to everyone else.

Well every main in higher elo would demand that his champ gets buffed ^^. Also the balance team probably already has a lot to do and a few hundred players shouting against each other what to do would probably slow down the process
