It's just placed at the front of the list, it has nearly 30k less viewers than League; League is the one with the highest viewer count as far as this list is concerned. The same goes for say, PUBG, where it has the second highest viewer count on the list, but placed on the 5th spot.
That list is not sorted by total viewers, and I'm not sure what sorting it is that went into the "relevance" sorting.
