@Riot, be specific about when /remake goes live!

In a ranked game tonight, one of my teammates never connected. Myself and three of my teammates hid in our base to wait for a /remake. The fifth teammate went to lane, but didn't die for the first three minutes. However, we were never allowed to /remake. After that I came here to the Boards, and according to other players, this feature hasn't actually gone live yet. The patch notes say, "/Remake launches this patch," but if it's not live at the beginning of the patch, Riot really needs to make that clear!
