Key presses and clicking less responsive than normal

Yesterday and today, there have been many instances where I pressed an ability key, the ability was off cooldown and I had sufficient mana, but the ability didn't happen. This has happened irregardless of what champ I was playing. Sometimes clicking also seems to not work properly, but I can't pin down exactly what is happening with that.
