Lissandra's E buff

I feel like this ability could be more than it is, Its a Claw after all but its also quite hard to hit unless you have cced the target but wouldnt it make more sense if the clawed grabbed champions that get it by it? she is one of the best known cc champs and this ability is usually maxed last so the damage on it early game(which already sucks) wouldnt make too big of an impact, it would also be nice to see more liss in the mid lane against all those assassins running around.
