Is ranked when you solo que really fair to all players?

So we all have the games that we do completely awesome and we try to carry our teams. But, you cant carry your team even though you try your hardest. You lose the game even though you have a very good k/d (lets just say you get 7/2/10). Is it really showing your true skill when you do well but your team just get the w? I feel that the ranked system is a little broken atm. Its kinda like flipping a coin right? You get put into a group of people who are randoms do you really feel that show your true skill? My little rant is all the built up anger of getting fed from games and teammates doing the most stupid shit(Ex. trying to contest ocean drake when the chance of getting it is low af) I also get mad because of people who dont know what they are doing and feed. I recently ran into a lb who in the laning phase would use the combo w-e-q. Why would you cast q at the end of your combo? I wish there was a way for a loss to be voided if you reach a certain k/d such as 4 kills for a death. sorry for bitching :P
