So, I've been an Ahri main for about a year now and have only ever taken flash and heal because I like to try risky shit. I took ignite on her recently and ignited a jungler after charming him when he tried to gank and that alone did like half his health... Does Ahri's charm increase damage from ignite or is it just her abilities like it says?
You need to check if that jungler was underleveled when you combo'ed him/her.
if it was a squishy underleveled jungler pick, it was ignite doing the damage that it does due to your level. Probably.
Ahri does mix damage (true damage) meaning, your combo ignored part of his stats, even more effectively if that jungler was indeed underleveled.
It shouldn't because Riot did a pass on damage amps and true damage back in Season 5. It was probably something else.
I went and tested this just now.
Charm's debuff doesn't increase Ignite's true damage, however it does increase the damage of her Q return's true damage.
