Sylas with Xayah's Ult

I was wondering about something and I can't find an answer anywhere, plus I don't have enough friends active to try it myself, but.. If there is a Xayah, one on each team and Sylas steals the ult of one, can the Xayah on Sylas' team recall the feathers he dropped? Thanks for any answers.
