FPS drops from anything
a lot of people are having this issue and riot is still silent. why?

random1v1urder1 votesI'm having this FPS drop issue and can't seem to find a resolution anywhere. every 30 -40 seconds FPS will go from 200+ to 20 then bounce. Quite annoying and I've tried everything I can think of to fix it...
