Oathsworn + Stealth = ???

If Kalista binds with a combat stealth/invisible capable champion, and that champion enters stealth while in sight of both Kalista and said champion, are they able to locate them based on the Oathsworn's trail? Is it like Iron elixir?

Its come up with Twitch and Evelynn in ARAM and i'm curious now.

You can't see the trail unless you are either Kalista or the oathsworn, so no worries there
