Leaverbuster penalty

The penalty for leaverbuster is too harse. You are punished 100 minutes after a game even if you return to finish.

Why should I even bother returning if I'm just going to be punished for it?

Why not make the leaverbuster timer equal to the time absent from the game? It's not like bronze trolls actually care. Especially if they join the game then leave for 50 minutes only to do it again the next match.
