Could Teliyah Q be an passing enemies aoe?

Could Teliyah Q be passing enemies and do decent aoe damage?
Something like Q of or or or . Imho it is pretty underwhelming that ability, that is really hard to focus and has a limited use could be blocked by minions on lane, this does not feels rewarding. At least first shard should pierce everything it passes. This is the thing i feel bad on her, she has no real ability to poke her enemy, while champions like for example has a lot of ways to damage the opponent on the lane. Collision also makes her Q worthless during team fights, when there are tanky champions around who are not your target.
