Im passing on this game its too fast for me.

When i was younger i love this game, it was decent packed and not as fast as now. However every single patch and change is aimed towards giving every single champion and item a damage burst or dps, it makes it practically impossible for me to catch up with it even on normals. There is TOO MUCH damage that is flying around, the champions dies too quickly and games are too short and gold income is not enough fast to even consider to build a tanky items on a carry. Burst early game champions dominates this game, kills everyone in few or one second, pushing a snowball that recks me at about 20-30 minutes time mark. I dont fucking like it, this game became a burst clown fiesta, there is zero thinking or strategy in it anymore. Im passing it.

Metas shift all the time. People were hating the tank meta before, and now we have this. Riot has already made several posts about changes they're making to the exact issues you're bringing up here.

Also, people make the 'burst' meta into something a lot worse than it is. I literally main Karthus in this early-game burst-heavy meta and I'll probably climb out of gold before the season is over.

That's why fortnite is more successful than pubg. Fast paced. Time is precious, use it on 10 matches rather than one.

I actually like the game more now than I have in the past year or two. When Overwatch came out I dropped League after playing since Season 2, reached Grandmaster multiple times and now that OW has gone down a road I don't favor I came back to League pleasantly surprised.

My biggest gripe was how long the games drag on at the time, I really loved Overwatch because of it's fast paced game play. League still has it's issues but I think it's more fun now than it was before a lot of the big changes. I appreciate Riots attempts innovating, even if it doesn't always work out the fact that they're trying to keep the game fresh and introducing new ways to play is awesome to me. I can understand why some people wouldn't like the game this fast paced, because it is a strategy game at it's core and I think some of the fun of strategics has been replaced with who can kill each other the fastest.

Personally I feel like it's a breath of fresh air, I know that if League was the same as it was in season 5-6 I probably wouldn't have gotten back into it again.
