Potential Client Hacker

So I was playing a ranked game all normal, getting ready to start it with a little confusion as to what their team comp was when I noticed that in the loading screen, their jax only had flash with no other summoner spell. Later looking at his account I noticed it had no recorded masteries, every ranked game was with only flash and nothing else. He raged in the game so there wasn't much said from him. I would really love an explanation as to what exactly is wrong with his account because I did not get a champion rating after the game. Thank you and please no arguments below.
