ADC isn't fun to play anymore

How is it fun, when I can play a 2v4 lane and lose every lead I had on the enemy adc, just because people notice that I have literally any minor amount of skill other the enemy adc. This isnt fun to play, and its been 9 games in a row. Why does riot allow this to happen? Why cant junglers actually get nerfed instead of making their xp more scaling so they barely have to farm and can just sit in a lane and farm 2 camps and be just as high level as everyone else in the game. Not to mention the fact that 90% of relevant junglers clear times are insanely high so they get lvl 3 before you are even level 3 in lane, so regardless you die. Please riot, do SOMETHING. ADC mains can't enjoy the game because people who don't play adc get handicaps over the people who actually know how to play the role better. No ADC main in any elo enjoys being completely useless in the late game because they were fighting not only the enemy bot lane, but also the enemy mid and enemy jungle. League isnt even about skill anymore if this is what it comes down to. Please riot, do literally anything to nerf junglers, do anything to help the people who want to enjoy the game, not buff junglers so hard that they get free wins just by farming 2 camps. It makes no sense.
