Vayne Quinn Kalista Twitch

2 of these champions are hated by the community, or at least boards. 2 of them are viewed as weak ADCs. Something akin to the Juggernaut's patch, a class whose niche in the ADC role is the ability to catch you out of position. (Not including Ashe because her rework is good).

Twitch, the Sewer Kingpin Twitch Twitch passively stealths after not being seen for (some amount of time). Champions in a wide radius around Twitch will "smell" him, sense that he is nearby without seeing him (similar to Rengar stealth).

Fungal Growth - Q: Passive: Twitch has enslaved a species of sewer fungi to deal (some value) of damage over (some time). Stacks indefinitely but the DoT is not refreshed on attack, only stacks one higher. Active: Twitch licks his next bullet, causing all the fungi to burst, dealing all remaining DoT damage on the target to all enemies within (some distance). The enemy hit by the bullet is slowed for (some amount) for (some duration). Can be cast from stealth.

Lord of the Flies - W: Passive: Increases attack speed when coming out of stealth. Active: Twitch commands a swarm of flies to a target location. For (some duratoin) they will seek out enemies nearby remove their vision (not blind!) for (some duration.) A champion will become immune to the flies after (some other duration).

Spook - E : When Twitch is not in vision of his attack target, he spooks them, reduces the damage of their next auto attack by (some amount).

From the Sewers - R: Twitch's abilities and passive gain bonuses for (some period of time.) This time does not count down while stealthed, but neither does the cooldown. Passive: Reduces the time it takes to stealth. Q: Enemies under the effects of the fungus share all damage from it. W: The fly swarm's cooldown is lowered and the fly swarm is much larger. E: Twitch's first attack when unseen also pierces targets.

Kalista, the Spear of Vengeance Kalista Passive: Consecutive attacks against an enemy weaken them to Kalista, increasing the damage she does to them by X%.

Pierce - Q: Kalista throws a piercing spear for (some amount) of damage and jumps in a target direction. Auto attacks reduce the cooldown on this ability.

Sentinel - W: Passive: Kalista's presence causes sentinels to patrol nearby. They will avoid walking towards enemy champions, as they are cowards. Do not patrol while the ability is on cooldown. Respawn nearby from their location of death after a short time. You see what they see.

W: Active: Commands the sentries to seek out Champions. If they find one, they will attempt to possess the champion, reducing their movement speed by (some amount). This effect stacks.

Fate's Call - E: Passive: Damage component from old W.

The first activation in the game is the same as the Oathbound spear on live, but takes much less time. Active: Reduces all damage dealt to and by the Oathbound target by (some amount). Damage done to the Oathbound strengthens Kalista.

Phantom Spear - R: Activate to gain old rend passive, gain a dash on every auto attack (current passive), and empower Fate's Call to stun nearby enemies for (some amount) of time. All spears are ripped out regardless of range once the duration of the activation ends.

Quinn and Valor - Demacia's Wings Quinn Valor flies high above you, controllable by alt-click, granting vision in a limited area. Valor will not stray far from Quinn's side.

Blinding Assault - Q : Unchanged, except must call Valor to your side first and moves Valor.

Harrier - W: Passive: Every nth attack, Valor rushes to aid your strike and deals (some amount)% additional damage. This effect gives Quinn a stacking attack speed buff. This effect reduces the cooldown of Vault.

Vault - E: Cooldown lowered by large amount, brief stun removed but now interrupts channels. Causes the next attack to proc Harrier.

Tag Team - R First Activation: Every attack procs Harrier. Valor strikes with you when you Vault, stunning briefly, Skystrike - R Second Activation: After your next attack, Valor leaves your side. Your next attack blinds all nearby enemies and deals (some amount) of damage in an area, based on missing health.

Vayne, the Night Hunter Vayne Night Hunter - Passive: Stacks on attack to a maximum of (some amount) of movement and attack speed on attack.

Tumble - Q: unchanged, naybe range made to scale with level -- start lower, end higher.

Silver Bolts - W: Flat damage removed. Otherwise unchanged.

Condemn - E: No longer procs W, but when it causes a stun deals the full Silver Bolts damage.

Final Hour - R: Gains max amount of Night Hunter. Otherwise unchanged.
