This downtime is absolutely atrocious
Never in the history of patch day, have we had 2 hours down times... the changes aren't even that significant. It used to be 15 minutes, down, back up, games ready to go... wtf happened?

Considering how bad the client is, I'm not surprised.
Your "history of patch day" is pretty short. I forget how long ago, but there was a patch that took it down for at least 8 hrs before, I want to say at least half a day, but I forget the final length.
