Aatrox Pros/Cons, why he should be buffed, possible changes

You all may be wondering who Aatrox is, that one unknown champion that's never played. Sneakily making it onto your team ornthe enemy team once every 200+ games.At least that's one thing that matches his lore, shows up randomly after a numerous amount of years for war.

When i first started playing Aatrox (which was a few months ago) I kind if liked him, but I found many problems with him. None of which have been addressed for over a year. He is just plainly a mediocre champ but rito instead buffs yi again that wasn't even in too bad of a spot, still dominating low elo but I guess giving a champion more true damage always helps.

At the point I played Aatrox for over 150 games I realized he didn't need a huge buff like i thought before, he just needs a number change on ability damage, ad scaling on ulti and higher scaling on his basic abilities, and a few added minor mechanics so he isn't so predictable and simple. I'll go more into after the pros and cons

Pros -high sustain -decent dueling power -decent split pushing -revives

Cons -loses a lot of dueling power once he revives -hard to gain back that dueling power since his blood well increase from abilities is significantly reduced -slow moving odd skillshot with low damage -Q is stoppable and predictable -ulti doesn't scale off of ad -have to build squishy to do damage -to be tanky you have to sacrifice a majority of your damage plus non of your abilities give tank stats -scalings are really really low -any other toplaner can do his job 10 times better -quite simply underpowered -nerfed for being a lane bully (rumble is a worse lane bully and they buff him ¯_(ツ)_/¯ riot why, where is the logic) -no matter what you won't be tanky and doing damage, only a slightly healthy but still squishy champ with a little bit lf burst

Those are just things off the top of my head. After all of my time of studying the champ and trying to make him work. It got me out of gold or low plat, now I'm plat 3 almost plat 4 again trying to make this work and it's a struggle.

Here are changes I think would be really good to be added onto him

Possible Additions -while mid Q you are untargetable, this can be useful as a small game mechanic for dueling and engaging so he doesn't exactly just blow up instantly.

 -passive attack speed set different from his blood well. There should be a set attack speed gain per level (or every few levels) as is but it's exclusive to how full his bloodwell is. 

 -(personally think this one would be fun) his ult gives the same stats or something similar but an ad ratio wouldn't hurt. Along with a cleave with his auto attacks, kind of like an idea of Shyvana dragon form Q but it has a larger range, not too big but somewhere decent. Or have something like when he autos  a champion with his ult in an area like a cone (coming from him not the target) all enemies are hit with the aoe and that damage can apply his W damage and healing to stack with each target (his healing can increase with each person hit or the damage from his W is applied to everyone hit along with on hit effects). Kills and assists can increase the time for his ult shortly kind if like a yi ult. It may seem a little strong when described but I don't think it's that op as long as the numbers aren't high and the damage to targets he isn't actually clicking on to auto can take reduced damage.

-a little base stat tweak wouldn't be too bad as well

That's all the ideas I have for now but I'm counting on Riot to make things more fun again. Really tired of seeing the same champs gragas, lucian, irelia, graves, ekko, darius, (you allow a champion to build 1 bruiser item and then when low heal instantly for 1k+???? With a 1k true damage resetable ult along with a bonus 80+ ad bleed passive, typing this tilted me) ezreal, kindred, and jhin.

I read his patch history before and he was nerfed, since then the only changes they made were lowering his passive cooldown late game. I just want to see some diversity and have something desirable for the few that play him, not saying I want him op, I just want to see change in him within a constantly changing meta. Hopefully this gets seen

So far good work Riot and companies associated with it. You mess up here and there but overall the game is still alive and personally I enjoy it as long as ekko, lucian, kindred, graves, and gragas are banned.

Looking forward to the new champion updates, hopefully I won't get salty
