All Random Urf Mode Thoughts and Changes

I've played All Random Urf on PBE today and yesterday and it seems very underwhelming as with the previous URF it was somewhat engaging with the option of choice and what should I do now and what can i try out next. But now it's like oh, I got Yasuo and now I'm useless the whole game since I'm the same and everyone else is murdering me. I think a better way to have kept URF healthy and everyone not breaking out the same champions constantly with also giving them an option of choice is to have a small limit as to what you could do. Example, If i play Zed one game I can't play him for X amount of games to stop the repetition of seeing him constantly. I just think that would be a better way of going on about it instead of getting rid of that choice generally and forcing you to possibly get something ineffective. That is what many people disliked about arams and now its brought to one of the most popular gamemodes. I'd like to see a Rioter's thoughts on this. Waiting for it to hit live, it'll be fun :).
