Aatrox buff?

I feel as if Aatrox is complete trash and is neglected right now and doesn't bring anything to the table of what the team needs. he has been completely useless for a while and wondering when that buff is going to come in. the uselessness of his base states is insane and no strength at all in the current meta. stats change at least better yet a rework on his q (one of the worst abilities) or his e which is a slow skill shot. Also what is the point in losing the attack speed buff when your passive is popped? that just loses his ability to do anything when revived since his stat just completely drops, maybe a base attack speed buff for his passive. Nothing fits completely for him right now.

I feel like its a good concept but along with that he became the crap that i wash off the bottom of my shoes. Please Rito*[slayer-jinx-wink]*
